• Above rates are not applicable for Maha Deepam, Chitra Pournami , Shivaratri ect .
• Guests are requested not to invite visitors in the room during their stay. They can use the common area to meet their visitors
• Tariff includes breakfast for ROOM Guest 
• Guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by parents or guardians
• Incase of any damages to the property will have to be paid immediately by the guest . 

CANCELLATION POLICY :

• No Show will be Charged with full payment 
• Cancellation before 48 hours to 72 hours will be charged 50% form the room tariff.
